The Aquarium Does Not Dance Horror Adventure Game Gets New Release With English Support in August

Frontier Works announced on Saturday that it will release a new version of Daidai's The Aquarium does not dance (Aquarium wa Odoranai) puzzle adventure horror game on Nintendo Switch and Steam. Frontier Works will release the digital version on August 1 for Switch and Steam, will release a physical version for Switch on October 30 (the physical version will only be available in Japan). The release will feature support in Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The new version will have character voices and new original content created by Daidai. The cast will include: Frontier Works describes the game: The "horror-hating creator" Daidai solo developed the game over the course of eight years. The game originally released in February 2024 on Steam (with no English support), and reached more than 100,000 downloads in two days, eventually reaching more than 600,000 downloads.
